Last Day of School

It’s the last day of school.
You can’t wait until it's 2:30 P.M.
You’re too excited
But at the same time you’re going to miss your friends
You’re staring at the clock
You wish the time went on by fast
But the time is going too slow
You have to go to your next class
But it looks like it takes longer than it usually takes
You look at the time and it is barely 9:30 A.M.
As the time passes you get more and more excited
You’re talking about your plans
And that gets you more and more excited you can’t wait
You just wish school didn’t even exist
You’re finally in lunch and the time 2:30 P.M. is getting closer
You don’t even feel like eating because you’re so excited
The time goes fast and you’re signing yearbooks
But that still does not help
The bell rings and you are finally in 5th period
One more period to go
But it seems this class is going fast
Next thing you know you are in 6th period
YES there are 15 minutes left
RIIINGGG it’s the last bell you hear
YAAAAYY the last day of school is over.
