Field Day Fun

Field day is almost here
A lot of kids are excited
They're ready to have fun
Some are not big fans of field day
Instead they feel like going home
Others are excited because of the games
Others are ready to play new games
They're excited to see the new games for this year
Others are excited instead because it’s the last day of school
So they don’t pay attention at all to field day
But the fans of field day are jumping up and down that field day is here
They can't wait until the time of field day gets here
They're just looking at the clock
But the clock has moved just one minute
The time of field day fun is still not here
But they think the time will go faster if they don’t think about it
But they are thinking about how much fun it will be playing with they're friends
On field day fun
They take another look at the clock
It's getting closer
And closer
The time is almost here
YYYAYY
But there are still 30 minutes left
For Field Day
You take another look and there are 10 minutes left
The teacher tells you to get ready and clean up
The bell rings, the teacher announces let's get out there and have fun
