We interviewed Coach Light about the Mustangs football team last week because he is the head coach this year. The Parrish versus Waldo game was fun to watch and Waldo won on the road. I (Gabriel) saw a lot of good tackles. These were our questions for the coach.
Q: How many students are playing this year?
A: 36 students this year.
Q: How many games have you won this year?
A: We have won one game this year.
Q: Have you ever got tackled?
A: Yes, last year.
Q: Do you train?
A: Yes.
Q: In how many school have you trained?
A: Many different schools.
We wanted to write about football because we like the tackles, the passing, and we're rooting for our team to win. There are still games to watch in November, so get out there to support the Mustangs. We'll hope to see you there!
